Job Title: Business Development Senior Associate Location: New York, NY Status: Full-Time Effective Job Description The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and execution oriented, with experience building and developing cross-business partnerships. The Business Development Senior Associate will interface with corporate clients for our Executive Account software and should be comfortable around C-level executives. Candidates will perform tasks including but not limited to analysis of current market trends, research new initiatives in relevant fields and assist in the development of new products and services. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can contribute their energy and work in a fast-paced startup environment. Desired Skills & Experience Applicants will have some prior sales experience and excellent communication and analytical skills. We are seeking self-starters who are capable of working independently but will collaborate with other team members on projects and initiatives. Experience in a broad spectrum of fields is preferred, as well as experience managing and delegating tasks to others. • 3-5 years of work experience • Public speaking skills • Excellent written and verbal skills • Excellent sales ability • Time management and organization • Ability to prioritize multiple clients and requests • Experience interfacing with high level stakeholders • Team player • Experience working with clients in a B2B setting • Entrepreneurial spirit • MBA Degree
