A French food services and facilities management multinational corporation needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Sales Director.

Must be able to:
Develop and execute of strategic plans for sales, retention and communication in the area of procurement and distribution services for non-managed clients
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that secures clients fitting client procurement services target client profile
Initiate and maintain new client programs until an operations team is in place
Qualifications for this position include:

Five years of related experience in facilities management
Three years successful sales experience
Work experience and/or industry knowledge related to commercial real estate and real estate transactions
Effective selling style using formalized processes such as Challenger, Territory Planning tools, CRM, etc. #FMSF
Bachelor’s degree
LOCATIONS: New York, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; the District of Columbia
